Our team has experience working with athletes from the Olympic Training Center, D1 collegiate athletic teams, professional sports teams, and other elite teams including rowing, tennis, volleyball, and more.
We believe Intuitive Eating is for athletes. By tuning-in to your body and learning to honor your hunger and fullness in relationship to training demands, you can find a more joyful way of eating for performance.
Additionally, we are experts in identifying and correcting Relative Energy Deficiency - Sport (or RED-S), a syndrome related to low energy availability.
